Вчера совершенно случайно узнал, что в удивительном корейском языке нет буквы для обозначения звука «в». Они знают этот звук, по большей части потому что учат английский. Но эквивалентом ему пишут букву Б (ㅂ) — кстати, похожую на быка с рогами.
Я в последнее время часто видел, как азиатские студенты пишут записи на русском и часто ставят Б вместо В. Меня это изумило, но теперь я начал догадываться о причинах)
